Zhengzhou Unique Group’s Yuxin Belt Conveyor Machinery Company was established in 1998. It is located on the east side of Yingbin Road in Jiaozuo City-Jiaozuo Urban-Rural Integration Demonstration Zone, with Chang-Jin Expressway in the east and Zheng-Jiao-Jin Expressway in the south. The company covers an area of more than 100 acres, with a registered capital of 50 million yuan, more than 200 employees, more than 60 engineering and technical personnel, a processing area of 24,387 square meters, 217 sets (sets) of processing equipment and testing instruments, 8 processing workshops and 1 testing center.
The company has roller production line, pulley production line, complete conveyor parts production equipment, and can provide customers with rollers, pulleys, buffer beds, ceramic liners, driving devices, machine frame, tension devices, funnels, cleaners, couplings, unloaders, unloading vehicles, material distributors, electronically controlled electrical facilities, guide troughs, other components and complete conveyor system in a timely manner. Also provide motors, reducers, hydraulic couplings, rubber belt, protection devices, adopting the business model of “belt conveyor supermarket” to provide customers with one-stop procurement services. Our company cooperates with many colleges and research institutes in production, learning and research, and has a number of independent patents, which can provide suitable layout, model selection and design according to customer needs. At present, our company has successfully developed the ZY15 belt conveyor series specially used in the crushing industry and the portable belt conveyor series specially used in biomass power plants. This research and development technology has reached a mature stage. It was successfully put into production in 2015 and quickly occupied the domestic and foreign markets.
